Positive: Amazing grounds. Very well maintained garden. The service was great, and the attention to detail. Very curated and personalized experience.
Negative: The included breakfast was not as great - you’d have to order a la carte options for additional cost. They host weddings and events, so the pool area was loud and with lots of construction workers as they were setting up all day for a wedding. Probably wouldn’t book again during an event

Positive: Outstanding property. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious from morning to night. The gardens are beautiful. There is an honesty bar, which is very practical. Beautiful rooms with great linen and products. Highly recommended for a romantic or quiet stay. Dinners and breakfast were delightful, and the service was personalized and attentive. Loved the night routine package.
Negative: Please note that when off season, there is no shuttle to the town center. With 30-35 minutes of walk, better to call a Uber. We liked the pool area to relax, but didn’t see any service. Please note that in the lunch restaurant (not the main restaurant on property), a lot of waiters didn’t speak English at all when we came.
Summary: Beautiful property with outstanding service

Positive: The bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The property grounds are stunning.
Negative: We booked massages for 6pm on the evening we arrived. The booking hadn't been communicated to the spa staff so we sat waiting for 20 minutes in the lounge (the reception knew we were waiting) before they realised that the masseuses weren't there. They re-booked us for the following morning but the mistake could have been avoided and we were offered no sort of compensation or reduction for the inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast was fine but minimal given the cost of the room. Our room looked out onto an exterior corridor which didn't allow for privacy during the daytime. Also the pool isn't huge, has very few sun loungers and plays pretty bad music on a loop.
Summary: Beautiful property but over priced and service was inconsistent
